Scott is a State of New Mexico Approved Concealed Carry Firearm Instructor, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and NRA Certified Personal Protection inside the home Instructor. He is retired from the U.S. Army after over 20 years of service. Scott has been teaching concealed carry with Handgun Training Plus for over 17 years. He is a competitive shooter in both the USPSA and NSSF organizations.

Ray has 27 years law enforcement experience, 3 years Police Academy Instructor and 9 years SWAT Team member among other specialized units. He is a New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Certified Police Instructor, Firearms Instructor (revolver, semi-auto handgun, shotgun and patrol rifle), Use of Force Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor and many other law enforcement related subjects. Ray worked 17 years as an adjunct instructor for the U.S. Department of Energy in firearms and tactics. He was U.S.D.O.E. certified as a firearms, special tactics, defensive tactics and live fire shoot house instructor. He also worked as an instructor for the U.S. Department of State, Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program providing instruction to law enforcement officers from countries with terror related violence.

Candis has 25 years law enforcement experience, 10 years Emergency Response Team member, 14 years Crisis Intervention Team officer and 7 years investigate experience. She is a New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Police Instructor. Candis was the first female officer to qualify with, and carry on duty, the .223 caliber patrol rifle for the Albuquerque Police Department. She has been an avid hunter since she was 7 years old and has successfully hunted elk, deer, oryx, small game and birds.

Joe has been working with pistols and rifles for forty two years, focusing on building accuracy, and performance. In his private business, he repairs broken, “one of a kind” equipment. He brings with him the ability to safely handle firearms that are not in the main stream. If you want to determine how that antique gun works, he can help. He also has over 40 years of experience reloading metallic cartridges.

CQ passed away in April of 2016. The company will go on, but it will never be the same without our dear friend, Chaun. CQ’s been reloading, shooting and training his whole life.
